How the archive works

Every document comes from the courts' public dockets on OSCN (oscn.net), as filed: complete, unredacted where the court record is unredacted, and never altered. A person downloads each document (OSCN requires a human check), and the archive runs text recognition so it can be searched. Excerpts on the document pages are verbatim and may contain OCR errors; the PDF is the authoritative text. If you spot an error, write to info@alliedemergencyservices.com and we will fix it.

How to cite

Cite the court record first (case name, court, case number, filing date), then The Hail Files archive, docs.alliedemergencyservices.com, and please link the document's page in the archive. Our article cards and charts may be used with credit to The Hail Files.

We can speak to roofing, hail damage, and how storm-damage claims are documented and repaired. We don't comment on the merits of pending cases, and nothing here is legal or insurance advice. Allied is a storm-damage restoration contractor and is not a party to these cases; it also provides litigation support to attorneys (for attorneys).

The Hail Files publishes public court records as filed. Allegations in filings are claims made by parties in litigation, not findings of fact; no court has decided the homeowners' claims, and State Farm denies them. For court use, obtain certified copies from the court clerk.
